The exhibited work must always contain in the label or description “The Robert Runták Collection”.

The borrower assumes complete responsibility for the borrowed work, from the moment of its receipt until its return, up to the contractually stated insurance value of the work.

Unless stated otherwise (works of extraordinary value and essential artistic and historical significance), no special packaging of the works (air-conditioned box, etc.) is required.

Půjčitel je povinen zajistit přepravu díla v odpovídajícím automobilu, který je adekvátní rozměrům díla a klimatickým podmínkám v době jeho převozu.

Nejzazší termín, kdy bude možno z naší strany žádost, smlouvu a samotnou výpůjčku administrovat jsou 3 týdny od termínu zahájení výstavy (pokud nejde o rozšíření již dříve rozjednané zápůjčky).
